What is a goal setting? Goal setting is the process of identifying something you want to achieve and accomplish. Goals are very important in every aspect of life; you can have life focused goals (e.g. to travel to a certain country), work goals (to get a promotion or earn X amount of money by the end of the year), exercise/fitness goals (to lose 1 stone by Christmas or to run a marathon by the time your 40).
